"Summer" in the City.

Well, it might not be summer here, but it is in all but name. Only in the Middle East will you find the climates turned upside down.  Summer is so searingly hot that everything dies and it's just white dust as far as the eye can see.  So in winter, with the temperatures at a reasonable 18 to 20 degrees celsius at night and 20 to 26 degrees during the day, we are finally treated to a spectacular display of roadside flowers and a bit of green grass here and there.   Of course, this is mostly cultivated and manicured by a myriad of gardeners and worker bees who toil from dawn to dusk on roadside medians and round-abouts, beautifying the city everywhere.  Ah, I am so grateful.
